JESSE MCKAY

Jesse majored in psychology, has an MBA in corporate strategy, and trained in software design, development and architecture.

He has worked as an engineer with a team of scientists responsible for designing and building communications systems for the International Space Station, and as a management consultant helping leaders achieve greater impact on the individual, team and organizational levels.

Jesse has been designing and delivering Integral leadership programs for 16 years.

He has a broad inter-cultural background with professional engagements in Germany, Russia, Australia, USA, Korea, Canada, Ethiopia, Estonia, Brazil & more.

TEACHABLE POINT OF VIEW

All of us have important experiences that have made us who we are and helped forge the teachings that we each have to bring to this world.  Unfortunately most people have not done sufficient work to dismantle and clear away the inner debris of societal conditioning so that their unique gifts can shine.  One aspect of our approach to leadership training is to do just this by helping people excavate what Noel Tichy calls a Teachable Point of View: the unique teaching that each of us has to bring as a gift to this world before we leave.
